Sorcerer's Potion Light not as bright and/or not swirling around anymore

Troubleshooting:

If you are using batteries:

1. Unscrew the battery door located at the bottom of the potion light

2. Insert 3x NEW AAA batteries

3. Please ensure the batteries are properly inserted in the potion light

4. After replacing the battery, cover, and move the power switch to the ON position

5. Does it resolve the issue?

6. If the potion is not swirling. Turn off the light, give it a gentle shake and then turn back on.

7. Does the swirling effect turn on now?

If you are using USB cable:

Troubleshooting:

1. Please ensure the type-C USB cable is properly inserted in the potion light and power outlet.

2. Move the power switch to the ON position

3. Does it resolve the issue?

4. If the potion is not swirling. Turn off the light, give it a gentle shake and then turn back on.

5. Does the swirling effect turn on now?
